P. O. Box 67, Stuart, Florida, Grantee; i
WITNESSETH: That said Grantors, for_and in consideration of the sum ~
of Ten ($10.00) Dollars and other good and valuable considerations, to !
said Grantors in hand paid by said Grantee, the receipt whereof is hereby ~
acknowledged, have granted, bargained and sold to the said Grantee, its °
successors and assigns forever, the following described land, situate, ~
lying and being in St. Lucie County, Florida, to-wit: i
Lots 13, 14, 15 and 16, Block 73, SOUTH PORT ST. LUCIE, '
Unit Five, as per Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 14
at Pages 12 and 12A through 12G, of the public records
of St. Lucie County, Florida.
SUBJECT to easements, reservations, zoning and rights
of way of public record. -
And said Grantors hereby covenant with said Grantee that they are lawfully ;
seized of said land in fee simple; that they have good right and lawful
authority to sell and convey said land; that they hereby full warrant the
title to said land and will defend same against the lawful claims of all
persons claiming by, through, or under said Grantors.
