This cause having been stipulated to and the stipulation herein filed, it is upon
CONSIDERATION, ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. That a judgment is entered in #avor of the Plaintiff against the Defendant in the sum of
NINE HUNDRED FORTY EIGHT 80LI.ARS & FOUR cents ($948.04)

2. Execution wiil not issue if the terms of the stipulation are kept by the Defendant.

4. Upon payment in full, the Plaintiff is ordered to notify this Court of the completion of
the terms of the stipulation and he shali execute a Satisfaction of Judgment as evidence
of the satisfaction of the de6t.
