This cause having been stipulated to and the stipulation herein fited, it is upon
CONSIDERATION, ORDEKED AND ADJUDGED as foliows:
1. That a judgment is entered in favor of the Plaintiff against the Defendant in the sum of
FOUR HUNDRED NINETY SIX DOLLARS & FIFTY-SEVEN CENTS ($496.Sj),
plus' THIRTEEN DOLLARS (,$13.00) Court CQsts ,
2. Execution wiil not issue if the terms of the stipulation are kept by the Defendant. ;

3. Upon appiication to this Court by affidavit, the Plaintiff shall be entitled to a VVrit of
Execution when the .Defendant fails to comply with the terms of the stipulation.
4. - Upon payment in full, the Plaintiff is ordered to notify this Court of the completion of
_ the terms of the stipulation and he shall execute a Satisfaction of Judgment~ as evidence ;
