This cause having been stipulated to and the stipulation herein filed~ it is upon
CONSIDERATION, ORDEftED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. That a judgment is entered in fa~~or of the Plaintiff against the Defendant in the sum of
SIX ~NNDRED THIRTY-FOUR & TWENTY-THREErONE HUNDREDTHS DOLLARS ($634.23
plus T~LVE DOLLARS AND FIFTY CENTS ($12.50) Court Costs
2. Execution will not i~,sue if the terms of the stipulation are kept by the Defendant.
3. Upon a~plication to this Court by affidavit, the Plaintiff shall be entitled to a Writ of
Execution when the Defendant fails to comply with the terms of the stipulation.
4. Upon payment in full, the Plaintiff is ordered to notify this Court of the completion of
the terms of the stipulation and he shall execute a Satisfaction of Judgment as evidence
of the satisfaction of the debt. ~
