DISSOLtJTION OF AlARRIAGE
THIS CAUSB came on for trial the 8th day of Auqust, 1973, and ~
the Court, having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds
and determi,nes: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and the
subject matter of thia suit; that the~relation pf husband and wife
naw exists between the parties; and that the marriage between the
parties is i=retrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is ~
thereupon ~
~ORDERED AND ADJIIDGED as follows:
l. DISSOLUTZON OF MARRIAGB. The marriage between STEVEN RAY
MIDDLETON and DOROTHY SPR4WES MIDDLETON be and the same is hereby
dissolved and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed

from the bonds of matrinwny heretofore existinq between them and
from the obliqations a=fsinq therefrom.
2. RESTORATION OF MAIDEN_NA1rII:. The Petitioner, DOROTHY '
SPROWES MIDDLETON be and she is hereby restored her former name
of DOROTBY SPI~OWES.
3. JURISDICTION. Jurisdiction of this cause, and the parties
hereto is retained for the entry of such further Orders as may be
proper.
