This cause having heretofore come on for hearing upon
petitioner's motion for temporary relief and the court finclinq that
respondent, BENNIE WILLIAMS was duly served notice of hearing; and
failed to appear; and the court further findinq that respondent is able-
bodied and capable of payinq petitioner alimony and support; and the court
further finding that petitioner is in her ninth month of pregnancy and is

~ without funds to support herself, it is thereupon,
~ ORDERED AND ADNDGED as foil.ows:

~ 1. That respondent, BENNTE WILLIAMS, is ordered to make ~
arranqements v~ith the doctors and hospital to insure payment in j

connection with impending birth of a child to petitioner. ~

2. That respondent, BENNIE WILLIAMS, is ordered to pay
alimony to petitioner in the amount of $50. 00 a week commencing Friday, f
Au st 3 1973 until furtrier order of this court. ~
