CRISLIP, ~ Wife. / FINAL JUDGMENT DISSOLUT=ON OF MARRIAiGB This cause came on for trial on August 6, 1973, and the Court having given full consideration to all ttie evidence, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between the parties shou ld be dissolved. It is thereupon pRDgRED AND ADJiTllGED as follows: l. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAiGE. 7.'he marri age between JAMffi B. CRISLIP and CAROL J. CRISLIP be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations arising therefrom. ~ 2. REHABILITATIVE ALIMONY. T'he Wife, CAROL J. CRISLIP _ l ; is hereby awarded lump sum rehabilitative alimony for sixty f I ~ five (65) weeks payable at the rate of Fifty Dollars ($50.00) ~ per week.
