THIS CAUSE came on to be heard before me upon the
plaintiff's motion to strike and for entry of default against

fully advised in the premises, the Court finds that:
The defendants, E.Z.S. INC., D.A.D. INC., EDGEWATER
RANCIiES, INC., and INDIAN RIVER TR~DING COMPANY, entered snto

a stipulation with plaintiff's counsel on June 4, 1973, pursua~t
~
to which said defendants agreed to comply with the Court's order
of April 23, 1973, on or before June 15, 1973, failing which
their answers would be stricken and a default entered against
said defendants without further notice. The stipulation of the
~ - ~
j parties was approved by the Court on June~, 1973. The defendants
f
~ did not comply with prior orders of this C~urt, nor did they
~
s
i comply with the Cour~'s order of April 23, 1973, the stipulation
~ /
; of the parties of June 4, 1973, nor the Court's order of June
~
1973, but the defendants did file a request for relief ~until
' August 1, 1973, to coroply with said stipulation and prior Court
~
~
orders. The defendants did not notice their "Application for
~
