said plan xill be completed as planned and approved,
NoW, Therefore~ in consideration of the pretnises ar~ other good and
valuable consideration, Grantox hereby grants, i~r~r~ins, sells, a2iens,
renises, conveys and confirns unto Graat,ee a12 that cer~,ain land ~f xhich
Grantors is no~ seized and in possession situate in ~:.~t. Lucie County, ~'lorida,
more gar~icularly described in Schedule pA" which is attached hereto and 'oy
reference made a part hereof.
Provided, However, ~hat on co~pliance irith each and evsry of the pro-
visions of the mining plan hsretafore sub~nitted to ~he Fsoard of (:ounty
(:oIIUnissioners of St. i~ucie County, r'lorida, the estate hereby created sha1Z
be null and void and of no further force and effect. Upon compliance as
