West 30 feet thence South 25 feet to the Point of Beginning; thence
continue South 185 feet, thence West 180 feet thence North 185 feet
thence Ea.st 180 feet to the Point of Beginning; together with the
~mprovements thereon and all furniture, fixtures and equipment
contained therein, replacements thereof and additions thereto.
