FINAL JUDGMENT
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
This cause came on for trial this date and the Court, having
given full consideration to all the evidence, finds and determines:
This Court has jurisdietion of the parties and subject matter of this
suit; that the relation of husband and wi.fe now exists between the '
parties; and that the marriage between the parties should be dissolved.
It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
l. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between JOANIIE L.
GRACY and KENNETH JAMES GRACY be and the same is hereby dissolved,
and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the
bonds of matrimony existing heretofore between them and from the
obligations arising therefrom.
2. RESTORATION OF NAME. JO1~INNE L. GRACY be and she is hereby
; authorized to asswne her former name of JOANNE L. SHULER and to use
~
the same in all respects as if said marriage had not intervened.

3. JURISDICTION. Jurisdiction of this eause, and the parties
~ hereto, is retained for the entry of such further orders as may be
proper.
