~ For a valuable consideration, the undersigned Mortgagee hereby assiqns to
Associates Capital Corporation, whose resident and post office address is

,lohn G. & Jo ce C. Smelinas , as Mortgagor to Outdoor Resorts of America,
Inc., d~te Februar 9 3, and filed for record in the Public Records in and/for
St. Lucie County, Flori a, ~nUR Book 21 , page /o~ , which mortgage encumbers
the following described real estate in said county to wit:
Lot No. 545 , Section II, in that certain condominium known as OUTOOOR
RESORTS OF AMERICA AT NFTTLES ISLANO, as shown by plat recorded in the Uffice
of the Circuit Court in and for St. Lucie County, Fturida, in Plat Book 16,
page 1:1A through 1J.
together with a note secured thereby with interest thereon from date of said note.
Outdoor Resorts of America, Inc., as developer and assignor hereunder hereby does
subordinate the reserved right of the developer under Article XI of the Declaration
of Condominium, as amended, filed in the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida,
in OR Book 192, page 821, to the lien and encumberance of th~ mortgage hereby assigned.
