Outdoor Resorts of America, Inc., as developer and assignor hereunder hereby does
subordinate the reserved right of the developer under Article XI of the Declaration
of Condominium, as amended, filed in the Public Records of St. Lucie Coanty, Florida,
in OR Book 192, page 821, to the iien and encumberance of the mortgage hereby assigned.
