To make all payments required bq that note and thia mortgage promptly when due. 2. To pay all taxea~ aesesaments, liens and encumbrances on that property promptty when due. If any payment provided for in that note is not paid within 34 days after it becomes due, or if any sgreement in this mortgage other than the agreement to make the payments is breached, the entire unpaid principal balance of tha± note shall immediately become due at the option of the Mortgagee, and the Mort- gagee mayr foreclose this mortgage in the manner provided by }aw, and have the mottgaged pmperty sold to - satisfy or apply on the ~'ndebtedness hereby secured. ~ 6.
