KNOW AlL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

WHEREAS, FIRST NATIONAL CITY BANK, a national banking associa-
tion organized under the laws of the United States of America, is
now the awner and holder by assignment of the foilowing mortgages
and the notes secured thereby, to-wit:
A mortgage deed, executed the 14th day of October, `
1970, by Outdoor Resorts of America, Inc. to Continental
Mortgage Investors, a Massachusetts Business Trust, securing
a5,100,000.00 and recorded in Official Record Book 187, Page
2405, et seq., Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida,
encunbering certain lands in St. Lucie County, Fiorida therein
more particulariy described; as amended by Modification of
Mortgage Leed, dated October 4, 1972, amending the sum secured
by an additional principal indebtedness of a1,112,392.00 and
also encumbering other lands in Polk County, Florida, which ~
Modification of Mortgage Deed was recorded in Official Record
Book 207, Page 867, et seq., ?ublic Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida, and as further amended by Mortgaae Modifica-
tion and Extension ~greement, dated June 27, 1973 and recorded
in Official Record Book 216, Page 265, Pubiic Records of St.
Lucie County, Florida; and
WNEREAS, Qutdoor Resorts of America has requested First National
City Bank to release the property hereinafter described, being a
part of the mortgaged premises, from the ]ien and operation of said
mortgage;
NOW, THEREFORE, First National City Bank, in consideration of
the premises and the sum of Thirty One Thovsand Two Nundred
DQLlARS
31,205.00 , t e receipt w ereof is hereby acknowledged,
does remise, release, qu~t claim, exonerate and discharge from the
l~en and operation of said mortgage, unto the said mortgagor, its
successors and assigns, that certain p.ortion of the property conveyed
by said mortgage more particularly described as follows:

TO HAYE AND 70 HOLO the same, with the appurtenances, unto the ~
said Mortgagor, its successors and assigns, forever freed, exonerated
' and discharged of and fram the lien of said Mortgage; provided,
i always, nevertheless, that nothing herein contained shall in anywise
impair, alter or diminish Lhe effect, lien or encumbrance of the
aforesaid Mortgage on the remaininq part of said mortgaged property
not released hereby, or any of the rights and remedies of the holder
thereof .
