PARTIAl. RELEASE OF MQRTGAGE ~
KNOW Al.L MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
WHEREAS, FIRST NATIONAL CITY BANK, a national banking associa-
tion organized under the laws of the United States'of America, is
now the owner and holder by assignment of the'fallowing mortgages ~
and the notes secured thereby, to-wit:
A mortgage deed, executed the 14th day of October,
1970. by Outdoor Resorts of America, Inc. to Continental
Mortgage Investors, a Massachusetts Business Trust, securing
s5,100,000.00 and recorded in Official Record Book 187, Page
2405, et seq., Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida,
encunbering certain lands in St. Lucie County, Florida therein
more particularly described; as amended by Modification of
Mortgage Deed, dated October 4, 1972, amending the sum secured
by an additional principal indebtedness of ~1,112,392.00 and
also encumbering other ]ands in Polk County, Florida, which
Modification of Mortgage Deed was recorded in Official Record
Book 207, Page 867, et seq., Public Records of St, lucie
County, Florida, and as further amended by Mortgage Modifica-
tion and Extension Agreement, dated June 27, 1973 and recorded
in Official Record Book 216, Page 265, Public Records of St.
Lucie County, Florida; and ~
~ WHEREAS, Qutdoor Resorts of America has requested First National
City Bank to release the property hereinafter described, bEing a
_ part of the mortgaged premises, from the lien and operation of said
mortgage;
NOW, THEREFORE, First National City 6ank, in consideration of
the premises and the sum of N'ne Thousand Four Hundred

does remise, release, quit cla~m, exonerate and discharge fran the
lien and operation of said mortgage, unto the said mortgagor, its
successors and assigns, that certain p.ortion of the property conveyed
by said mortgage more particularly described as follows:

€ TO HAVE AND 70 NOLD the same, with the appurtenances, unto the
' said Mortgagor, its successors and assigns, forever freed, exonerated
and discharged of and fram the lien of said Mortgage; prov~ded,
always, nevertheiess, that nothing herein contained shall in anywise ~
impair, alter or diminish the effect, lien or encumbrance of the
aforesaid Mortgage on the remaining part of said mortgaged property
not released hereby, or any of the rights and remedies of the holder
thereof.
