PARTIAL RELEASE OF MORTGAGE
KNOW ALL MEN 6Y THESE PRESENTS:
WNEREAS, FIRST NATIONAL CITY BANK, a national banking associa-
- tion organized under the laws of the United States of America, is
now tF~e owner and hoider by assignment of the following mortgaqes
and the notes secured thereby, to-wit:
A mortgage deed, executed the 14th day of October,
1970, by Outdoor Resorfis of America, Inc. to Continental
Mortgage Investors, a Massachusetts Business Trust, securing
s5,100,000.00 and recorded 1n Official Record Book 187, Page
2405, et seq., Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida,
encunbering certain lands in St. Lucie County, Fiorida therein
more particularly described; as amended by Modification of
Mortgage Deed, dated October 4, 1972, amending the sum secured
by an additional principa~ iridebted~ess of a1,112,392.00 and
also encu.mberi r~g other 1 ands i n Polk County, Fl ori da, whi ch
Modification of Mortgage Deed was recorded in Official Record
Book 207, Page 867, et seq., Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida, and as further amended by Mortgage Modifica-
tion and Extension Agreement, dated June 27, 1973 and recorded
in Official Record Book 216, Page 265, Public Records of St.
Lucie County, Florida; and
~ NHEREAS, Outdoar Resorts of America has requested First National
City Bank to release the property hereinafter described, being a
. part of the mortgaged premises, from the lien and operation of said
mortgage;
NOW, THEREFORE, First National City Bank, in consideration of
the premises and the sum of Thirtv Six Thousand Three Hundred

daes remise, release, qui~ claim, exonerate and discharge fran the
lien and operation of said mortgage, unto the said mortgagor, its
successors and assigns, that certain portion of the property conveyed
by said mortga~e more particularly described as follows:
