WHEREAS, FIRST NATIONAL CITY BANK, a national banking associa- '
tion•organized under the laws of the United States of America, is ~
now the owner and hoider by assignment of the following mortgages ~
and the nates secured thereby, to-wit: _

A mortgage deed, executed the 14th da~y of October,
~ 1910, by Outdoor Resorts of America, Inc. to Continental
Mortgage Investors, a Massachusetts Business Trust, securing "

2405, et seq., Public Records-of St. Lucie County, Florida,
encunbering certain lands in St. tucie County, Florida therein
more particularly described; as amended by Modification of
Mortgage Deed, dated October 4, 1972, amending the sum secured
by an additional principa~ indebtedness of a1,112,392.00 and
also encumbering other lands in Polk County, Florida, which
Modification of Mortgage Deed was recorded in Ofi~icial Record
6ook 207, Page 867, et seq., Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida, and as further amended by Mortgage Modifica-
tion and Extension Agreement, dated June 27, 1973 and recorded .
in Official Record Book 216, Page 265, Public Records of St.
Lucie County, Florida; and
WHEREAS, Outdoor Resorts of America has requested First Nationa]
City Bank ta release the property hereinafter described, being a
part of the mortgaged premises, from the lien and operation of said
mortgage;
NOW, THEREFORE, First National City Bank, in consideration of
the premises and the sum of Twenty Einht Thbusand Eiaht Hundred

does remise, release, quit claim, exonerate and discharge from the
' lien and operation of said mortgage, unto the said mortgagor, its
