- FINAL JUDGMENT
This cause came on regularly for trial on August 8, 1973,
before the above Court on the Amended Complaint of the Plaintiffs, _
with George H. Moss and Fred A. Hazouri appearing as counsel for

Plaintiffs, Ralph L. Flowers appearing as counsel for Defendant, ;
RONALD GODFREY ANDREWS, and Morgan S. Bragg as counsel for Defendant,
SENTRY INDF.~IlVITY C~MPANY, This cause was tried before the Court
sitting without a jury on the severed issue of insu=ance coverage.
Having heard the evidence and the arguments of counsel, the Court
made the following findings and rulings:

At the close of the Plaintiffs' case, it was evident that
the Plaintiffs had failed to fulfill their burden of proving that
the owner of the vehicle involved in the incident complained of gave
the necessary express or i.mplied permission or consent for the use

of the said vehicl.e by the minor, RONALD GODFREY ANDREWS, at the
time of the incident complained of or that the owner of said vehicle
~ had either express or implied knowledge of such use; and on Motion
by Defendant, SENTRY INDEMNTTY COMPANY, for a Directed Verdict in '
favor of Defendant, SENTRY TNDEI~II~IITY COMPANY, the Court did grant
this Motion.
WHEREFORE, by reason of said considerations and findings, and
~ the Court being otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is
