This cause came on for final hearing this date and the Court havi g
given full consideration to all the evidence, finds and determines: This Court
has 3urisdiction of the parties and sub~ect matter of this suit; that the
relation of husband and wife nar~ exists betWeen the parties; and that the
marrisge,betWeen the parties should be dissolved. It is thereupon t
ORDERED AND AATUDGID as follm~s :

1. Dissolution of Marriage: The marriage between LEE MORRIS and
ANN MAE MORRIS be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of
them are hereby forever freed from the bonds oY matrimor~y heretofore existing ;
betWeen them and f'ro~n the obligations arising therefrom.
2. Custody: That LEE MORRIS shall have the custoc~y of tt,e minor
children, JANICE MARIE, age 15 years; JUDY, age 9 years; DOUGLAS LEONARD and
[ RICKY LEE srith reasonable visitation rights reserved to ANN MAE MORRIS.

3. Fees aud Costs: That the husband shall pay reasonable
attorneys fees and costs in this suit in the amount of $300.U0 to the ~rife's
~ attorney.
4. Jurisdiction: Jurisdiction of this cause, and the parties
hereto is retained for the entry of such further orders as m~y be proper.
DONE and ORDERED in Chambers in Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County,
Florida this the 9th d~y of August, A.D., 1973.
