guaranty. assignments oE leases. or other xcuritia, or if the prcmises hereby rncumbered rnnsists oE more than one parcel,
I~tortgagee may at its option exhaust any otte or more o[ uid securitia and the security hereurrdec, or such parcels of ~he security ~
henunderr eithe~ concur~ent~y ot independently. and in sueh order as it may determine.
15. No delay by Mortgagee in excrcising anr right or nmedy henunder, or otherwise a[torded by law, shall operate as a
waiver ihereof or preclude the exercise thereof during the coatinuance of any detault hereunder. No wai~•er by Mottgagee o[ any
default shall constitute a waiver of or rnnsent to suhaequent detaults.
16. Without a[tecting the liability of any penon( other than any person released pursuant hereto) foc payment o[ any
indebtednas secured hereby, and without a[Eecting the priority or utent oE the lien hereof upon any property not specilicaUy
ret~ased punuant hereto, Mortgagee may at any time and from time to time, without notice and without limitation as to any
legal right or privilege of Mortgagee:
(aj Release any person liable tor payment of any indebtednw securcd hereby.
(b) Extend the time or agree to alter the termi of payment of any oE the indebtednas.
(c) Accept additional security of any kind.
(d) Rdrase any property securing the indebtedness.
(e) Consent to the creation ot any easement on or over the peemus or any covenants ratricting use or occupancy thereof.
17_ Any agrrement hereafter made by Mo~tgagor and ~iortgagee pursuant to thu mortgage shall be superior to the righu
of the holder of any intervening lien or encumbrance.
18. Mortgagor 6ereby waives all right of homatwd exemption in the property subject to this mortgage.
19. The covenanu and agreements herein contained shall bind and the bene[its and advantages shaU inure to the rapective
heirs, executors, adminutraton, succason and assigns of the parties he~eto. Where~er used, the singular number shali inctudc
the plural, We plural the singular, and the use of any gender ~all be applicable to a!1 genders. AA corenants, agreements and
undertalcings shall be joint and several. In the event additional numbered covenants are for convenirnce inxrted in this mortgage
tollowing the legal descriptio~, such additional covenants shall be read and gi~en e[fect as though (ollowing this covenant in
consecutive order.
20. Any deticiency in the amount of such aggregate moathly payment shaU, unless made good by the Mortgagor prior to
che due date oE the nut such payment, constitute an evcnt of defaulc under this mortgage. At Mongagee's option, Mortgagor will
pay a"late charge" aot excetding lour per eentum (4qo) of any installment when paid more than ~ttcen (15) daps after the
due date thereot to cover the a~tra expense involved in handling ddinquent payments, but such "late chargd' shall not be payable
out oE the pr~eeds o~ i~tt~r~le made to satisfy the indebtednas secured hereby, unlas such procreds an sufficient to dischuge the
