20. Any d~ciency in the amount of such aggregate moatWy payment shall, unlcss made good by the bfortgagor prior to
the due date of the next such payment, constitute an event o[ default under this mortgage. At I?iortgagee's option, Mortgagor wiU
pay a"late chargd' not eaceeding four pu centum (496) of any installment when paid morc than C?fte~n (!S) days a[ter the
due date thereol to cover the ea~cra acpense involved in handGng delinquent payments, but such "late charge" shall not be payabk
