17. Any agreement her~a(ter made by Mortgagor and ~iortgagee punuant to thu mortgage shalt be superior to the rights
of the holder o[ any intenening lien or eacumbrance.
18. Mortgagor hereby waiva all right of homestead ezemption in the property subject to this mortgage.
19. The co~enants and agreements herein contained shall bind and the bendits and advantages shall inure to the respecti~•e ~
hein, executon, administraton, succeswn and auigns of the partia hereto. Where~er used, the singular numb-r shall include
the plural, the plural the singular, and the use of anr gender shall be appticable to all genden. All covenants, agrcemrnts and ~
undertakings shall be joint and se~eral. In the event additional numbered covenants are tor convenience inserted in this mortgage ~
tolbwing the legal description, such addition:l covenants shall be read and given eftect as though tollowing this covenant in t
consecutive ordet. ;
