If the indebtedneu stcured hereby is now or hereafter further secured by chattel mortgaga, pltdga, cont~acts of guaranty, assignments of leasa, or other securitia, or if the premises hereby encumbered consists of more tAan one parcel, biortgagee may at its option exhaust any one or morr of aaid xcuritia and the security 6ereunder, or such parcels ot the sccurity hereunder, either concurrently or independe~tly, and in such order as it may determine. 15. No dday by Mortgagee in exercising anr right or remedy he~eunder, or otherwise afforded by law, shall operate as a wuver thereo( or preclude the exercise thereof during the continuance of any default hercunder. (c) Accept additiopal security of any kind. (d) Release any property securing the indebtednas. (e) Consent to the creation of any eaxment on or over the prcmises or any covenants restricting use or occupancy thereof. 17, Any agreement hereafter made by Mortgagor and Mortgagee punuant to chu mortgage shall be superior to the rights of the holder of any intervening lien or encumbrance. 18_ Mortgagor hereby waiva all right o( homestead ntemption in t6e pmpe~ty subject to this mortgage. 19_ The covenants and agreements herrin contained shall bind and the benefits and advantages shall inure to the respective heirs, executon, administrators, succusors and assigns of the pa~tiu hereto. Wherec•er uud, the singular numbu s~all inelade the plural, the plural the singular, and the use of at~y gender shall be applicable to all genden. All covenanb, agreem~nts and undertakings shall be joint and se~~eral. In the event additiona] numbered covenants are tor convenience inserted in this mortgage following the Icgal dacription, such additional covenants shall be read and given e[fect as though foUowing t&is covonant in consecutive order. 20. Any deficiency in the amount of such aggregate monthly payment shall, unlas made good by the 14iortgagor prior to ttte due date of the aeat such payment, constitute an event of default under this mortgage.
