NOTICE OF LIS PENDENS
T0: THE ABOVE NAMED DEFENDANTS AND ALL OTHERS WHOM IT MAY CONCERN;
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that a suit was instituted by the above
named plaintiffs against the above named defendants on the ~~~day
of August, 1973, in the above entitled court, involving the follow-
ing described property situ~ate, lying and being in St: Lucie County,
Florida, to-wit:
Commence at a point 278.20 feet east of the NW corner of
Gov't. Lot ~1, Section 33, Township 34 South, Range 40 East,
and on the north line of said Gov't. Lot ~1, thence run
123.13 feet south at right angle to said Gov't. Lot ~1,
thence run west 70 feet parallel to said north line of .
Gov't. Lot ~~1, thence run north 123.13 feet to said north
line of Gov't. Lot ~1, thence run east along said north
line of Gov't. Lot #1 to point of beginning, together with
dock rights on the Indian River at the east end of Yacht View
Lane, and easement to and aver said Yacht View Lane.
~ The relief sought for in said suit is the foreclosure of a
mortgage on the above described property.
