Before me, the undersigned authority duly authorized to
administer oath, personally appeared CHARLES R. P. BROWN, who upon
being first duly sworn did depose and say as follows:
- That he is the Notary Public who took acknowledgn~ent of
William D. Walsh and Ann Eden Walsh, his wife as Mortgagors in that
certain mortgaqe dated July I3, 1973, to Louise E. Ordway, which
said Mortgage was recorded July 13, 1973 in O.R. Book 216, page 10?0,
public records of St, Lucie County, Florida.
That the property described in said mortgage is as follows,
to-wit:
The SE~ of the NE~ of Section 35, Township 34 South, Range 39
East, EXCEPTING THEREFROM all rights-of-way for public roads
and drainage canals.
That inadvertently when the undersiqned stated the expiration
date of his Notary commission, he indicated the date as being February 24;
1973, rather than February 24, 1976; that February 24, 1976 is the
~ expiration date of the present Notary commission of the undersigned,
as will be reflected by the public records of St. Lucie ~ounty, Florida.
