Trustees under Agreement dated July 23, 1957, recorded in Deed Book
2~30, page 480, public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, herein-
after called the grantors, to MICHAEL LONGO and MARIE LONGO, his wife,
whose post office address is 39 Grand Street, Clark, New Jersey - 07066
hereinafter called the grantees:
WITNESSETH; That the grantors, for and in consideration of
the sum of $10.00 and other valuable considerations, receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged, hereby grant, bargain, sell, alien, remise, -
release, convey and confirm unto the grantees, all that certain land

TOGETHER with all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances
thereto belonging or in anywise appertaining.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same in fee simple forever.
AND the grantors hereby covenant with said grantees that in
all things in and about this conveyance the grantors have complied
with the powers vested in them under the Trust Agreement dated July 23,
