This cause having been stipulated to and the stipulation herein filed. it is upon
CONSIDERATION, ORDERED A~1D ADJUDGED as follows:
1. That a judgment is entered in favor of the Plaintiff against the Defendant in the sum of
BIGHT HUNDRBD FORTY-FOUR DOLI.ARS and 99/100, $3.84 collectian fee,

plus $190.U0 attorney fee and $22.50 court costs ,
2. Execution will not issue if the tet-ms of the stipulation are kept by the Defendant.
3. Upon application to this Court by affidavit, the Plaintiff shall be entitled to a~'~'rit of
Execution K hen the Defendant fails to comply with the terms of the stipulation.
