This cause having been stipulated to and the stipulation herein i e, it is upon '
CONSIDEBATION, ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. That a judgment is entered in favor of the Plaintiff against the Defendant in t}ie sum of

the terms of the stipulation and he shall execute a Satisfaction of-Judgment as evidence
of the satisfaction of the debt.
