RELEASE OF RESTRICTIONS AND RELEASE AND 26~~2~
CANCELLATION OF REVERTER CLAUSE
ICNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that the undersigned !
do hereby remise, release and quit claim all right, title, ~
interest, claim and reversionary rights arising out of those
certain Deed Restrictions pertaining to the use and occupancy ~
of the lands described in the hereinafter described deed,
which Deed Restrictions were accompanied by the follawing
riqht of reversion, to wit:

RIRBY, his wife, to ERNESTO LIPORTO and BERTHA M. LIPORTO

his wife, which deed was dated March 12, 1956, and recorded
in Deed Book 211, page 571, public records of St. Lucie County,
Florida, conveying the follawing described property, to wit:
Lot 31 as per plat of WIiITE CITY GARDENS , a
subdivision of the West one-half of the SW I/4
of the NE i/4 of Section 15, Tawnship 36 South, ~
Range 40 East, as shown on the plat recorded
with deed in Deed Book 187, pages 408-410, of
the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida. .
The purpose of this instrument is to release, cancel
and make void all of said deed restrictions and any reversionary
interest which the undersigned may or might have in~the
above-described land.
