Before me. the undersiqned authority, personally appeared
ROBERT L. RODMAN, who being first duly sworn, did depose and ,

1. That he is General Manager of Hutchinson Island ~
Limited Partnership, a limited partnership under the laws
of the State of Florida, and has personal knowledge of the
facts stated herein. ~
2. Pursuant to Ordinance No. G-60 adopted by the City ~

of Fort Pierce, Florida, said limited partnership has con- ;

veyed to the City of Fort Pierce, Florida the real property ~
required to be conveyed by the terms of said ordinance and
as evidenced by deed recorded in O. R. Book z~ 7 , page

3. Further, said limited partnership has, at its sole
expense, constructed a paved parking lot containing more
i than thirty (30) parking spaces on the property described in
