ACCEPTANCE AND APPROVAL
The undersigned, RICHARD C.~HARRIS, Acting City Manager
of the City of Fort Pierce, Florida, does hereby acknowledge
acceptance of the foregoing deed and does further acknowledge
completion of all of improvements required by the foregoing
ordinance, all of the contingericies contained in said ordi-
nance having been fulfilled, the same is now in full force
