On this day before me, the undersigned authority, personally
appeared ERROL S. WILLES, who after being by me first duly sworn,
upon oath says:
That my name is Errol S. Willes; that Affiant knew Anita M.
Eblin for over forty years prior to her death; that Affiant states
of his own•knowledge that Mrs. E. E. Sblin, Grantee in that cer-
tain Special Warranty Deed dated April 26, 1955, recorded~in
Deed Book 201, at page 43, public records of St. Lu~ie Co~nty, ~
Florida, is one and the same person as An~ta M. Eblin who appears
. ,
as Gra~tee in that certain Deed dated May 8, 1937 recorded in
Deed Book 91, at pages 336 and 337, public records of St. Lucie
County, Florida. ~
Further, Affiant sayeth not.
