2. That that certain mortgage dated October 19, 1966

wherein Silicote Sales Go., Inc., a Florida corporation, granted ~

to Connecticut Ceneral Life Insurance Company, a Connecticut ~

corporation, a first mortgage interest in certain personal _ ~

_property and chattels more particularly.described therein and
located on real property.more_,particularly described therein. ~ `
3. That Connect~cut General Life Insurance Company is
? the owner and holder of said mortgaqe and the mortgage interest ;

4. That there remains unpaid on sa~.d,mortgage account the ,
sum of $ 29,pOp.OO together with interest thereon at the

rate of six and three-quarters per cent (6-3/4$) per annum and
that as of the date of this Affidavit the account is current , ~

and note secured thereby. -
