of Section 8, lying East of the East right-of-way of
the Florida East Caast Railway, and;
(b) An easement on, in and over the West 50 feet and

2,426.95 feet of the Southeast ~ of Section 8.

County, Florida.
Subject to reservations and restrictions of record and together ~
