THIS CAUSE came on for hearing at this term on the Motion
of ZELLWOOD WATERMELON GROWERS, INC., a Florida corporation,

Plaintiff in the~ above styled cause, for a Default Judgment,
pursuant to Rule 1.500 RCP, and it appearing to the Court that
the Complaint in the above ~ause was filed in this Court on the
14th day of February, 1968, and that the Summons and Complaint
were duly served on the Defendant DENNIS C. HOLDER, JR., on the
16th day of February, 1968, and that no Answer or other defense
has been served or filed by the said Defendant, and that the
