Mortgagee may at its option euhaust any one or morc of said securities and the security hercunder. or such parceh oi the security

17. Any agreement hereaitrr made by Mortgagor and Mortgagee punuant to this mortgage shall be superior to tl?e rig6ts
of the holder of any inteivening lien or encumbrance. . '
18. Mortgagor hereby waiva all right of homestead e~cemption in the property subject to this mortgage.
19. The covenants and agreemrnts herein contained shall birtd and the benetits and advantages shall inure to the respective
hein~ acecuton, administraton, succason and assigns of the parties hereto. Wherever used, the singular number shall include
the plural, the plural the singular, and the ux of any gender shall be applicable to aU genders. All oovenanu, agreements and
undertakings ahall be joint and uweral. In the event additional numbered covenants are for convenience inserttd in this mortgage
folbwing the legal deuription, such additional covenants shall be read and given ef[cet as though [ollowing this covenant in
consecutive order,.
20. Any deficiency in the amount of such aggregate monthly payment shall, unless made good by the Mortgagor prior to
the due date of We neact such payment, oonstitute an event of default under this mortgage. At Mortgageds option, Mongagor will
pay a"late charge" not acceeding iour per centum (496) of any installment when paid more than fdteen (IS) days a[ter the
due date tLereof to cover the extn a~pense involved in handling delinquent payments, but such `9ate chargd' shall not be p~yable
