Each mater and endorser waives the right of exemption under the Constitution and laws of Fforida, and each ma3~er and
endorser waives demand, protest and notice of maturity, non-payment or protat and all requiremrnn necasary to hold each of _
them liable as makers and endorsen.
It is turther agreed that wch maker and endorser, joint}y and severally. shaU par all cosq of collection, including a rca~on-
able attomey's [ee, on failure to pay the priacipat of this note or anr interat thereon at maturity. This note and all sums due
thereunder shall bear interest at the wte of ten (10) per cent per annum from due date until paid.
It is further agreed that each mater and endoner jointty and severally hercbp consent to any actensions or renewals or
modifications of this note or any part thereof without notice, and each maker and endorxr agrea that he wiU remain tiable as
~uc6 during any extensioa or rene+bal or modJcation hereof until the debt tepraettted hereby is fully paid.
Pricilege is gi~•en to prepay in (ull after one year from the date of the mortgage upon payment of a sum equal tv 3r/o during
the 2nd year; 2%z7o during the 3rd pear; 2rlo during the 4th year; 1%z% during the Sth year; 17o during 6th year to maturity. All
are based on the original amount of ~the mortgage.
