17. Any agreement hereafter made by Mortgagor and Mortgagee punuant to this mongage s.kall be superior to the rights
of the holder of any intervening lien or encumbrance, •
18. Mortgagor hereby waiva all right of homatead uemption in che property subject to this mortgage.

consecutive order.
20. Any deficiatcy in the amount of such aggregate monthly payment shall, unleu made good by the Mongagor prior w
the due date o[ the nact such payment, constitute an event of detault under this mortgage. At Mongagee's option, Mortgagor wiU
pay a"late charge" not uceeding four per centum (4%) of any installment when paid more than Giceen (15) days atter the
due date thereof to cover the uva upense involved in handling ddinquent payaxnts, but such "late chargd' shall not be payable
out of the proceeds of any sale made to satisfy the indebtednas secured hereby, unleu such proceeds are su(ficient to dixharge the
entin indebtedness.
