This cause coming on to be heard August 6, 1973, on Husband's
Petition for Rule to Show Cause, and Wife's Response and Affirmative
Defenses, and the Court having heard the testimony of the parties
hereto, it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as foll~rs: ~

l. Paragraph 4(a) of the Separation and Property Settler,ient
Agreement made a part of the Final Judgment is amended to read:
"The Husband shall have the minor child~from 2:30 to
5:30 p.m. every other Saturday and Sunday. The first
two s~ch visits shall be at the minor's home or some
other place familiar to her," _ ~

2. Paragraph 4(b) of said l~greement shall not be invoked ;

by Husband during the year 1973. ~ ~
3. All other terms and conditions of said Final Judgment
shall remai.n in effect.
