SEPARATION AGREEMENT ~

The parties hereto were married on or about June 17, 1962, at
densen Beach, Florida, and have heretofor~ lived together as husband
e~ wife and .no children we~e born of this marriaqe. -

As a result of unhappy and irreconcilable ciisputes and difficulties
which have arisen between the parties, they have agreed to live sepax-
ately and apart from each other the rest of their lives, and are desii~ous

of entering into an aqreement whereby any and all rights, property an+d '

otherwise~ shall be settled between them.
NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises, the parties

~ 1. The pa.rties will live separately and apart from each other
~ ~ for the rest of their lives as though unmarried. Each shall be free from
the control and authority of the other. ~ -
2. __-The parties shall not molest or interfere with each other, nor
