The wife represents and waxrants to the husband that she
has not heretofore incurred any debts or obligations for which he or
his estate may be iiable. '
If the wife does incur such debts or obligations hereafter, and
if as the result thereof the husbarbd is compelled to and does make any
payments, he sha11 have the riqht to deduct the amounts thereof from
the sums ~which he will from time to time pay the wife of he may take ~
such leqal steps as are necessary to effect reimbursement.
8. Except as otherwise herein expressed, the paxties do here-
, by mutually remise, release and forever discharqe each other from .
~ any and all actions, suits, debts, claims, demands and obliga.tions

~ whatsoever, both in law and equity, which either of them ever had, ~

9. Each party hereby releases and relinquishes any and all ~
rights he or she may now ha.ve or may iiereafter have as spouse under
the present or future laws of any jurisdiction to either share in the
esta.te of the other party upon the latter's death or to act as ~ecutor
or Administrator of the othsr pa.rty's esta.te. This provision is in-
tended to constitute a mutual waiver of and by the parties to ta.ke
against each other's La.st Will and Testa.ment or esta.te under the
present or future laws of any jurisdiction wha.tsoever.
10. No modification or waiver of any of the terms hereof shall
