11. Nothinq herein contained shall be constxued to bar or prevent
either party from suing for an absolute divorce in any competent
. jurisdiction. This agreement may be offered in evic~ence in such
action, and if accepta.ble to the Court, may be incorporated by re-
ference in any Fina.l ~ecree that my be qranted herein.
12. This Agreement sha.ll be governed by the Laws of the State
of Florida. . ~

13. Fach party shall, at any time, and from time to time
hereafter, take any and all steps and will execute, acl~owledge and
deliver~to the other party any and all further instruments and assur--
ances tha.t the other party may reasonably require ior the purposes of
giving full force and effect to the provisions of this aqreement.
