THIS CAUSE coming on this day to be heard upon the Wife's
Motion for Order of Contempt for the enforcement of the Final
Judgment entered herein, and the Court having heard testim~ny
and havinq considered the evidence, it is .
ORDERED AND ADJODGED as follows:

1. The Husband, PAUL WEBBER, is found to be in contempt ;

of Court for the failure to make the child su rt a nts and i

for payment of Attorney's Fee and Court costs, as provided for
in the Final Judgment entered herein; and he is hereby sentenced
to serve five (5) days in the County Jail, to be suspended upon
the payment of the following sums:
(a) It is hereby found and determined ~
that the Husband is in arrears in child `
support payments and that the Husband shall
pay $25.00 per week for the support of the j
minor child commencing on August 17, 1973. ~
(b) It is found and deterrsined that the
Husband is in arrears for unpaid attorney's ,
fees and court costs in the sum of $278.00
together with costs incurred for service of
process in this action for $7.50 making a
total due per this Order for attorney's fees
and costs in the amount of $282.50. The
Husband is to pay $10.00 per week to Gerald S.
James, Attorney for the Wife until the above
amount is paid in full. Said payment to commence
on August 17, 1973.
(c) That all payments unto the Wife shall be ~
paid to the Clerk of the Circuit Court of St.
Lucie County, Florida, together with statutory
clerk's fee.
