2. Upon the failure of the Husband to make said payments,
the Wife or her attorney may file with this Court an Affidavit
to that effect and a Commitment Order will be issued without
further notice to the Husband.

3. The Wife's attorney shall serve a copy of this Order
on the Husband by certified mail and a~opy,t shall be sent to
Miss Janet Holt with the Florida Parole and Probation Department,
P. O. Box 724, Fort Pierce, Florida, 33450.
