from VENTURE ACCEPTANCE CORPORATION, Atla~ta, Georgia, hereby on the
26th day of July; 1973, assigns and sets over that mortgage and note and
debt described therein to VENTURE AOCEPTANCE CORPORATION, with full re-
course on Assignor.
