YENTURE ACCEPTANCE CORPORATION, a corporation organized and existing
under the laws of the State of Delaware and domesticated to do business
in the State of Florida, the holder of the mortgage, and indebtedness
secured by it, and recorded in the Official Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida (in ORB 213, page 450), (under Clerk's file ~252284), Lot ~153,
for valuable considerations received from THE FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF
ATLANTA, Atlanta, Georgia, hereby on the 26th day of July, 1973, assigns
and sets over that mortgage and note and debt described therein to THE ~
FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF ATLANTA, with full recourse on assignor.
