THIS INDENTURE, executed this n'-`-~ day of August, 1973,
.-between FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF FORT PIERCE, as Administrator of
the Estate of L~O D. W~OOD, deceased, Party of the First Part, and
EVELYN A. HASKELL, Party of the Second Part, whose address is
1712 South 28th Street, Fort Pierce, Florida, 33450,
W I T N E S S E T H: .

In pursuance of the Order of Circuit Judge Wallace Sample
dated~July 16, 1973, authorizing the sale of the following
described property by First Party to Second Party, and in.consider-
ation of the premises and the sum of $18,200.00, cash, in hand
paid, First Party does grant, bargain, sell, alien, remise, re-
lease, convey and confirm to Second Party and her heirs and assiqns
forever, that-certain property situate in St. Lucie County, Florida,
more particularly described as follows:
part of. Block 4 of
Lot 1, Block 4, of Re-Subdivision of/M. K. MOORE'S
SUBDIVISION, St. Lucie County, Florida, also known
as 1712 South 28th Street, Fort Pierce, Florida,
TOGETHER WITii improvements thereon and all furni-
ture and fixtures therein, including refrigerator
and range. Said subdivision being recorded in Plat Book
4, page 53, public records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
TOGETHER with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments
and appurtenances belonging or in anywise appertaining to that
real property.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same to the Party of the Second
Part and her heirs and assigns, in fee simple forever.
