310 feet for point of beginning; then run South 93.81 feet
- to a point; then run East 249.9 feet to the West right-of-way
of Old Dixie Highway; then run NWly on said rigl~t-of way 100
feet; then run West 215 feet to the point of beginning. Said
land being a part of Government Lot 2.
On this day, before me, the undersigned authority, personally
appeared WILLIAM F. WILLES who, after being by me first duly sworn
upon oath says: That my name is WILLIAM F. WILLLS; Affiant is
attorney of record for Bertha L. Hall, and as such is auth~rized to
execute this Affidavit;
1. On July 6, 1973 a Final Judgment dissolving the
marriage of Floyd Hall, Jr. and Bertha L. Hall was entered in
the Circuit Court for St. Lucie County, Florida, requiring the said
Floyd Hall, Jr. to convey his interest in the above described real
property to Bertha L. Hall within ten days of July 6, 1973.
