This cause coming on for hearing this 14th day of August, ~
1973 upon the Motion for Judgment against Garnishee filing by

the attorney for Patricia H. Lisk and upon the Answer filed by
Darrell Fennell, Esquire, and Darrell Fennell, Esquire havinq
appeared and the attorney for the petitioner having appeared ~
and the Court having reviewed the file and having heard argument
of counsel and being otherwise fully advised in the premises,
and the Court finding that the Garnishee is in possession of
the sum of $7,800.00, it is -
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Garnishee, Darrell Fennell,

Esquire be and he is hereby required to pay to the law fina •
of CARLTON, BRENNAN, McALILEY & AAYSKAR, as attorneys for
PATRICIA H. LISK, the sum of $7,800.00 which was in his poss- !

ession at the time he filed his Answer of Garnishee, the total ~
of said sum will_be applied toward the outstanding Judgment of ~
$8,620.20 entered by this Court on September 26, 1972. :
